At Bentley Wood High School, Energex Technical Services delivered the building controls package for the new Sixth Form block. The system brought the heating, domestic hot water, cooling and ventilation plant together under central BMS control.
Our works included controls for the boilers, plate heat exchanger, circulation pumps, hot-water cylinder, VRF cooling and fan-coil units, as well as the school’s hybrid ventilation units. Temperature and CO₂-based ventilation control helps maintain a comfortable, healthy learning environment, while central monitoring, scheduling and fault alarms give the facilities team improved visibility and easier day-to-day management of the building.
